We process the personal data you voluntarily provide when submitting your application by email or through the form on our website: identification and contact details, and the information contained in your CV, cover letter and any attachments (work experience, education, skills).
3. Purpose of processing
Your data is processed solely to evaluate your application and for recruitment activities, including the possible establishment of an employment relationship.
4. Legal basis
Processing is based on pre-contractual measures taken at your request (Art. 6(1)(b) GDPR). Please do not include in your CV any special category data (e.g. health, religious beliefs, political opinions) that is not relevant to the assessment of your professional profile.
5. How data is collected
Data is received by email or through the application form on www.inixgroup.com.
6. Retention period
Data is retained for a maximum of 12 months from receipt of the application, after which it will be deleted, unless an employment relationship is established.
7. Disclosure to third parties
Your data is not disclosed or communicated to any third party.
8. Your rights
You have the right to access your data and to request its rectification, erasure, restriction of processing, and to object to processing, under Articles 15-22 GDPR. In particular, you may request the removal of your data from our database at any time by writing to dpo@inixgroup.com. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali).
