Cookie Policy

Last updated: 9 October 2026

This notice describes the cookies and similar tools used on www.inixgroup.com (the “website”), pursuant to EU Regulation 2016/679 (GDPR), art. 122 of Italian Legislative Decree 196/2003 (Privacy Code) and the Italian Data Protection Authority’s Guidelines on cookies and other tracking tools of 10 June 2021.

1. Data controller

INIX Group Italia S.r.l. – Viale Italia 800, 20099 Sesto San Giovanni (MI), Italy – VAT IT10201530960. For any request: privacy@inixgroup.com. Data Protection Officer: dpo@inixgroup.com.

2. What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that websites store in the user’s browser, which are sent back to the same websites (first-party cookies) or to other websites (third-party cookies) on subsequent visits. Similar tools, such as the browser’s local storage, are subject to the same rules.

On your first visit a banner lets you:

  • reject all non-essential tools, with a button as prominent as the one to accept;
  • accept all tools;
  • customize your choice by category.

Until you give consent, the website only uses technical tools: no third-party cookies are set and no external content is loaded. Your choice is remembered for 6 months, after which the banner is shown again. You can change it at any time via the “Cookie preferences” link at the bottom of every page.

4. Tools used

NameProviderPurposeDuration
inix-consent (local storage)INIX Group (first party)Stores the choices made on the cookie banner6 months

The website does not use its own session or profiling cookies. Fonts and images are hosted directly on the website: browsing does not involve requests to third-party services.

The videos in the INIX Coffee section are hosted on YouTube (Google Ireland Limited) and are loaded in “privacy-enhanced mode” (youtube-nocookie.com domain) only if you have consented to the “External content” category and start the video. Without consent, a notice is shown in place of the video that lets you accept and watch it.

Once a video is started, YouTube may set cookies and similar tools (for example YSC, VISITOR_INFO1_LIVE, VISITOR_PRIVACY_METADATA and local storage data) for playback, security and service statistics. For details, see Google’s privacy policy and How Google uses cookies.

If enabled, the website may use Google Analytics 4 (Google Ireland Limited) to collect aggregated statistics on website usage. The tool is loaded only after you consent to the “Statistics” category, with advertising features disabled.

The “Statistics” category is shown in the banner only when the tool is enabled.

5. Transfers outside the EU

Data collected by YouTube and Google Analytics may be transferred to the United States. Google LLC participates in the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework, recognized as adequate by the European Commission in its decision of 10 July 2023.

6. How to manage or delete cookies

In addition to the “Cookie preferences” link, you can delete or block cookies in your browser settings:

The website contains links to third-party websites (for example Google Maps, LinkedIn, YouTube, ForumPA) and to the whistleblowing platform operated by BluGDPR on an external domain. These services are not loaded within the website: when you open them, their own privacy notices apply.

8. Your rights

You may exercise at any time the rights under articles 15-22 GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, restriction, objection, portability) and withdraw your consent, without affecting the lawfulness of processing based on consent before its withdrawal. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Italian Data Protection Authority (Garante per la protezione dei dati personali). For more information, see our Privacy Policy.
