INIX Group is a fast-growing IT company providing software solutions, IT infrastructure management, and technology consulting services to enterprise clients. With an established presence in the Italian market, we are looking for a Country Manager to develop and manage the Bulgarian market.
THE ROLE
The Country Manager will be the company’s primary representative in Bulgaria, with full responsibility for the commercial strategy, business development, and management of local operations. He/she will lead the local team, represent INIX Group to institutions, partners, and key clients, and work closely with senior management.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Develop and implement the commercial growth strategy for the Bulgarian market in line with the company’s goals
- Manage and coordinate local operational activities, ensuring process efficiency and compliance with corporate standards
- Build and strengthen relationships with clients, institutional partners, distributors, and other local stakeholders
- Monitor market performance, analyze data, and prepare periodic reports for senior management
- Identify new business opportunities, partnerships, and potential acquisitions within the country
- Ensure compliance with local regulations and company policies
- Represent INIX Group at trade fairs, industry events, and institutional forums in Bulgaria
REQUIREMENTS
- At least 5 years of proven managerial experience within the Public Administration sector
- In-depth knowledge of the Bulgarian market, including the economic environment, local legislation, and a strong professional network
- Demonstrated leadership skills and experience in team management
- Strong results-oriented mindset, strategic thinking, and entrepreneurial approach
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills, with the ability to represent the company at a high level
- Excellent English language skills
